Return Policy / Product Changes
If you wish to change the product you purchased - and only if the product has not been used - you should call 2271020637 to find out about the product replacement-replacement process.
RETURNS without prior notification of the store, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
For orders within Greece, the first change is made without any charge for the customer, if the replacement product has a value greater than € 70.00, otherwise the customer undertakes the replacement process at his own expense.
Right of withdrawal-Order cancellation-Refund
You have the right to change your mind and withdraw from the contract, without stating the reason and without charge (in the value of the product), within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product.
Refunds are made if the following conditions are met:
• The products and their packaging must be in excellent condition and accompanied by all accompanying documents (eg Retail Receipt or Invoice, and all accompanying items such as labels, etc.)
Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.
Wrong shipments In case the product you received does not match the product of your order, you must call us at 2271020637 within 3 days of receipt and ship the product within 5 days from the date of receipt.
In this case there is no customer charge for the replacement.
Defective Products In the event that a product proves to be defective within 15 days of its sale, we undertake its replacement with a new one or its repair if this is possible without any charge to you.
Once the defect is identified, call us at 2271020637 to receive instructions on the return process.
Wrong shipments

After 15 days the company does not bear any responsibility in case of a defective product.
* A PRODUCT IN WHICH HAS BEEN ABUSED IS NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE.
**When you return products that have benefited from a discount / promotion promotion, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
